The Founder's Promise

"I began this because a family from our own masjid was turned away by a booking agent."

Dr. Abdo Ibrahim arrived in Michigan in 1979 with a small clinic bag and a large concern: his neighbors were being treated as transactions when they went to perform the most sacred journey of their lives.

In 1984, he opened a single desk above a bakery in Dearborn. He answered every call himself. He drove families to the airport. He stayed on the phone through prayer times so no one felt forgotten.

Forty years later, three generations of our family carry that same promise. We are not the biggest agency in America. We are, quietly, the one you call when it truly matters.

Personal, always

Every guest is called by a family member, not a queue system. It has been this way since 1984.

Presence over promises

We would rather serve fewer guests deeply than many quickly. Our capacity is chosen, not maximized.

Kept for generations

We know grandchildren of our first guests. Trust, once given, is a heirloom.
